This last week I officially started university. I say officially, because they told me a week ago, that I had already missed one week of Spanish course. So this week, I tried visiting more classes than necessary. It helped me decide which ones to keep and which to drop.

Finally, I decided to stick with Human Resources, Innovationmanagement and a Spanish Course.

I also discovered that the small café and the cafeteria at uni sells iced coffee for under 1€. Addiction incoming!

On Wednesday I went to study in the library for the first time. It’s so big compared to my Fh library in Vienna.

On friday we took the bus to Punta Umbría Beach and stayed the whole weekend. There we spent our time on the beach, seeing sunsets, partying & dancing in the night and laying in the sun in the day.

One of the highlights was definitely sharing an apartment suite with my three german girlies Theresa, Franzi and Maya. Also, even though we had sand everywhere by the end of the day (and now I have it also everywhere in my student apartment) the beach was so pretty.

On Saturday I finally finished the book I brought to Sevilla. The Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath. I loved the writing style a lot, especially in the first half of the book. Sadly, I got a little annoyed by the depressing inner monologe of the protaganist in the second half.

Its quite obvious to say, that I was really tired when we arrived at home again, Sunday night. But life goes on, and so does uni and work on Monday mornings.

Yesterday Maya and I went to do some shopping in small in the old city center. In the end we found the cutest shop ever, just across the corner from where we went eating tapas afterwards. “La Marca Sevilla”, it was called.

Until next week ❤

LOVE THIS! ❤️ So happy to get your new post in my inbox this morning and even happier to see you’re enjoying your exchange so far. It’s really cool to hear what university is like in Seville, since it was my favourite European city from when I visited in May! Only got to spend a few days there so I’m living vicariously through you. 🥳
